These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Amoura’s website, services, and AI Dating Agent (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18+ and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

2. The Service

• Amoura provides an AI Dating Agent that can learn your tone, draft respectful introductions, and handle certain messaging workflows you approve.
• You remain in control. Nothing is sent without your approval unless you explicitly opt in to automated sending.
• The Service does not guarantee outcomes (e.g., responses, dates, or relationships).

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use the Service respectfully and lawfully.
• Review and approve drafted messages; you are responsible for messages sent on your behalf.
• Do not use the Service to harass, spam, impersonate, or otherwise violate rights of others.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant Amoura a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service (e.g., to mirror your style). You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

5. Fees & Payments

If parts of the Service are paid, you agree to the posted fees and billing terms at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., hosting, email, database, AI models). We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.

8. Availability & Changes

The Service may change, pause, or discontinue without notice. We may modify these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy. Dating outcomes are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amoura and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amoura and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
